I loved Elios relationship with his parents. Not all teens are disconnected from their parents rebellious all the time. I liked the mutual respect and love they had for each other throughout the whole movie.
What essentially is the thing of interest for me is the romance-just pure raw love regardless of sexual preference or gender between two individuals who are painfully in love with one another.
You know what I just don't get it. For me this book is tragedy and not about summer love. Maybe in movie it's different but book gave you this hopeless feelings and make you cry So I truly don't get it.
