I’d like to review my 2017 and make a New Year’s resolution!! 2017 marked the 3rd year I’ve been in charge of the global team. As I have risen to the challenge and we achieved one of our goal through blood sweat and tears. The past 3 years I feel time flies in my life. And I’d like to thank all of my team for their invaluable contribution to our success and everyone for support!! In 2018 we would like to expand our business more globally!! Until now, we have helped overseas advertisers who want to expand or enter the Japanese market. In 2018,we are going to expand our global business and dissolve borders through our support of effective marketing strategies for our clients all over the world:United States,APAC(China,Korea,Taiwan,Japan),UK etc... This journey is more difficult and will take more time than the achievement of first goal. We may have to go through a lot of hardship,and we may want to cry,but... I’d like to persevere,challenge limitations,and have faith in the possibilities!!! Finally, I was promoted to”G5”on January 1st. I think this is my mission to make a strong global team,to make a impact in the market and boost CyberAgent into global company. I’m going to do my best in my way!!
