各ニュースによると全国各地で冠水している場所があり、地域によっては1階が完全に水に浸かっているような場合もあるとのこと。夏のため比較的温かくはあるだろうが、夜を迎えるにあたり体温と気持ちを維持したい。基本的に乾いた服が望ましい、濡れている場合はウールならば身体が冷えにくい。基本は3層であり、外側に防風ジャケット、中に空気をためるセーターかフリースなど。下着はウールまたは化繊の生地。頭から7割ほどの熱が奪われるので帽子も確保したい。暗くてなるにつれ、不安もでるだろうが気をたしかに保ちたい。暗く見えるが、目が慣れれば周囲も見ることは可能である。救助が来るので、それまでは互いにに言葉をかけて精神を保ちたい。光や明るい色の服などあると気持ちが保たれるので良い。救急隊らが救助に行きますとtwitterで連絡しているので対応と気持ちを保ちつつ、安全を確保しながら待つことを望む。English: According to official Twitter, rescue teams are coming to help you now.
