gunkigaku I got a pretty bad information today which pissed me really hard. I’m into buddhism since 11 years and well trained to see the energy rising. But today it’s not like I can normally handle it. I try to let go. Breath. Watch my thoughts. But the energy is not leaving me. Is there a mantra to recite for calming down anger?! Appreciate your help.
