This movie was fantastic, Mike Flanagan did such a great job with adapting The Shining and Doctor Sleep novels and Stanley Kubricks timeless adaptation, he somehow managed to please both Stephen King and Kubrick fans at the same time which is very difficult. Also im convinced that Rose the Hat is actually a physical manifestation of Randall Flagg aka The Man in Black from The Dark Towers Universe and The Stand, or possibly Flagg was her mentor, but they are definitely connected.
