Neither boring nor exciting despite the allure of top notch performers like Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. It is up to your background/nationality.

dennatachi I watched this scene a dozen times. I love the way al pacino says cocksucker in this movies. Actually, i love every single line delivery, but al pacino cursing was too entertaining.

dennatachi The suit bag alludes to a body bag. An obvious Hollywood device would be to show the shooting then immediately a close-up of the suit bag being opened or closed, to trick the audience into thinking it's a body bag, but I guess Scorsese dismissed that as cliche.
